A story about history disputes between Korea and Japan

Had the UK and France forced such a thing to their colonial countries?

And then, Let's compare Japan with Germany which committed war crimes at the Second World War.
Germany has apologized about the crimes exhaustively. They have compensated the Jews and Israel and paid many billions of dollars for the damage. But Japan finished it only as they paid $300 million to Korea.
Germany has taught their crimes at the Second World War to the German nation, from children to adults, While Japan has attempted to cover up their crimes. That's why you are asking me this question, don't you? Because you also don't know your country's the past.

Moreover, Germany admitted their defeat as they use 'a lost war'. However, Japan has been using 'end of the war'. Also, Germany called The Allied Forces of World War II as 'Occupation Forces(占領軍)', but Japan called them as 'Staying Forces(進駐軍)'. (Japan used 進駐軍. but The Allies translated the word as 'Occupation Forces(占領軍)')
According to the Japan's term, there is no information about who won and lost.
If Japan has maintained such attitudes, how can we trust Japan?

Besides Japan, that is growing as powerful nation, hasn't tried to reflect on their conduct and to correct their wrongdoings. So, isn't it reasonable that Korea, which is a surrounding nation of Japan, alerts to that?

Therefore, I think Japan can't never be treated like the UK and France. What do you think about this?"

After this address, the Japanese student came to the president of korea and told to him.
