Making Bacon Toast (+ jam)

I made a bacon toast. However, I know you don't add jam when you make toast, but I guess korean use jam usally.
Example, if you buy a toast at korea, you can see there is a jam Such as Isac Toast.

It must be good if you try adding jam in your toast!

 

Anyway, I made a bacon toast.
you need bread, jam, an egg, onion, lettuce and bacon, you can fry bacon with garlic, it can eliminate bacon's smell and add some flavor. 

 

First, Toast bread and Spread jam on it!

you can fry it on frying pan or use toaster! and Spread jam on the bread.

(you can spread jam on both or one. I do on both.)

 

2. Fry Onion and put it on your toast!

when you fry onion, onion is being sweeter. but because it is toast, you need to chewing texture. So don't fry too much.

 

3. Fry an egg and put it on the toast!

 

4. Fry Bacon.

if you fry bacon with garlic, and if you wanna cover garlic's flavor on the bacon.

Put little oil on your pan, and when it's enough hot, put garlic in the oil and fry. You are making garlic oil now.

when the garlic is enough fried, add bacon and fry bacon with the garlic oil. So, bacon will wear the flavor and reduce the pork smell.

 

5. put the bacon on the toast! (with garlic)

 

6. Tomato ketchup!

 

7. Lettuce! and close the toast 😄

(you can spread jam on the bread also.)

 

8. Complete!

 

 

There isn't enough photos, because I didn't think I will upload about food haha.
