Easy Fried rice.

It's so easy recipe.

When we don't have enough ingredient like only kimchi, rice (and ham), we just fry rice with the few ingredient and eat the fried rice often. Easy Easy food.

 

Ingredient

Bacon ( ham, sausage or pork)
Leek ( spring onion ), 

Carrot,

Soy sauce,

Salt,

Rice,

Two Eggs

 

If you don't have pork or something else, you can just try without them. So, it is just Egg Fried Rice. 😄

 

1. Cut the ingredient. ( Leek, Onion, Caroot, Bacon )

 

2. ★Pour oil as much as the oil cover ingredient
      when the oil is enough heated up, Put Leek and Bacon in the oil and Fry~

It's a step to make Leek Oil and lard of pork makes the oil more fragrance(?), aromatic(??)😅

★★ you have to cook with strong heat and keep the heat strongly till the end of cooking.

 

3. When they are fried enough, Add Onion and Fry it!

Though you don't add sugar, sweetness will be added by this fried onion! Natural Sweetness.

Also, Onion is a good match for Leek ( spring onion ).

 

3. When the Onion is also enough fried ( transparent or being brown ), Add Soy sauce!

When you pour soy sauce, Please make some place for the sauce among the other ingredient, and heat the sauce first.

If you heat Soy sauce first on the pan and fry, the ingredient will wear Taste of fire. ( I don't know if you can undersatand "tast of fire" 🤣😂 )

 

 

4. Add Carrot~

 

5. Add Two eggs~

(Before adding it, Stir eggs with Salt~)     ( the eggs' taste should be little salty. )

 

6. Stir them like making Scrambled Eggs.

 

7. Put Rice and Fry~~

 

8. Complete!

 

 

Summary

Make Leek Oil with Pork -> Onion -> Soy sauce -> Carrot -> Eggs -> Rice

 

Except Soy sauce, I guess there are in your house already! Also, this recipe is not difficult!!
