Kimchi is spicy for you? So, Fried Kimchi! (EASY)

I will introduce Fried KImchi.
Some Koreans likes this more than original Kimchi. It's because Fried Kimchi is less spicy(maybe?) and sweeter.
My mate ate 2 bowls of rice with this.

Though I added cooked pork, You Don't Need It.
I Added it Because I Have Too Much Cooked Pork After Party.

Ingredient

Kimchi

Leek (Green Onion, a handful)

 Chili powder / 1 spoon

Sugar / 2 spoon

Oil

Cooked Pork ( a can of tuna fish)

( you can control the amount. If you wanna more spicy, add more Chili powder and If you wanna more sweeter, add Sugar more.)

 

1. Add Oil

it's to make Leek(Green Onion) Oil.

 

2. Put Leek (Green Onion, One Handful)

 

3. Add Kimchi

 

4. Add Cooked Pork ( or A can of Tuna without the oil in the can )

You don't need to add pork!! I added cooked pork because there are too much cooked pork after party.
If you wanna add something, I recommend adding a can of tuna (but without oil in the can)

 

5. Add Chili Powder ( 1 spoon or 2 spoon )

You can control the amount of chili powder.

 

6. Add Sugar ( 2 spoon or more )

Also, you can control this.

 

7. Done

 

It could be a good way to try Kimchi. It's less spicy and sweeter.
